return policy 

RETURN POLICY: 

Due to the custom nature of every product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Products are not printed or created until it is purchased. Mistakes happen, misprints happen, we are human. If you feel like there is an issue with your product, please message me and I will happily help the situation. Every situation is case by case and we will work to get the desired outcome.

 

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

You must reach out within 7 days of time delivered if there is an issue with your order.

RETURN PROCESS: 
Returns are not accepted but each situation is taken case by case. Customer is responsible for cost of return if a return is agreed upon with the shop.

 

REFUNDS:  
Refunds are processed within 10 business days if agreed upon with the shop. Each case of return, exchange, or refund is taken case by case if there are issues with an order.

 

  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S): 
If you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact the shop within 7 days of delivered status. Customer service can be reached directly at moonlitmade2024@gmail.com. Customer service contact policy is valid here. You will be required to submit a photo of the damage or defect. Once you have submitted your return request, Moonlit Print Co will review your ticket. 

 

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED: 
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact customer support within 7 days. You will be required to submit a photo of the item you received. Once you have submitted your return request, Moonlit Print Co will review your ticket.
