FREE SHIPPING FOR US ORDERS OVER $100:
We offer ground shipping for free for all US orders over $100.  We offer a $5 flat rate shipping for all US orders with a total of $100 and under.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We want to answer any questions or concerns you have. Please allow up to 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to respond to your email. Emails sent Friday after 5 PM EST through Sunday evening are responded to the following business day.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the custom nature of every product purchased, we are unable to accept returns. It is important to check sizes, verify your shipping address, and ensure you read all descriptions before placing your order. By printing products to order, Moonlit Print Co is able to be a more sustainable company by minimizing waste. At the end of the day, we are human. Misprints happen, mistakes happen. If you feel like there is an issue with your order, please reach out or directly email customer service at moonlitmade2024@gmail.com. Together we will work to rectify the situation and come to a solution that best fits both parties.

EXCHANGES: 
No returns or exchanges. Please read return policy above and reach out if you feel there is an issue with your order.


SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS: 
All items are FINAL SALE regardless of sale price or not. Please read return policy above and reach out if you feel there is an issue with your order.


ORDER CHANGES:
We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double and triple-check that all details are correct.


SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong given address. You are responsible for checking that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If an address needs to be corrected, please email us immediately so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once an order ships, we are not responsible. If an order is returned to it, we will reach out 1 time in which the customer will then be responsible to pay for shipping to send to the correct address.


CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please make sure you want your item before you place an order. We do not allow order cancellations. Orders begin production immediately making it not able for us to cancel an order once placed. 


SHIPPING:
We ship Monday through Friday. We are closed for all US federal holidays. Please allow 4-7 days (excluding weekends) for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Orders may be split across multiple shipments. Please reach out to moonlitmade2024@gmail.com for any shipping questions. 


EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We offer one expedited shipping option: UPS 2nd-Day. The cost of these services is the customer's responsibility (Free US shipping only applies to standard shipping). Periodically we may suspend expedited order processing during high volume events.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, I am unable to support international shipping on my website platform. However, if you visit our Etsy store, https://moonlitprintco.etsy.com , we accommodate international shipping there!


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Moonlitprintco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates 'Delivered,' Moonlitprintco is not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents. Please get in touch with USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking and to further investigate what happened with the delivery. 


SIZING GUIDE:
In each item's product description, we note the brand type our designs are printed on. The brands we choose to print on are trusted and well known that we feel are quality products for you. 


DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  Certain dyes (like black or dark denim) may transfer to lighter colors. This irreversible effect is increased by humidity and temperature. We do not assume responsibility for dye transfer.


PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay
. We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.


SHOP PAY:
Shop Pay has a minimum order requirement of $50. Once your order is placed using Shop Pay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
We make every effort to display our products' colors as accurately as possible. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.


PLEASE NOTE:
Moonlitprintco reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.
